Basic Beliefs of Washingtonism:

The core beliefs of Washingtonism are that George Washington and the Founding Fathers are divine men. George Washington in particular is considered to be a divine human manifestation of God.
These are the most defining of this unique faith, however, we also believe in the God of Americanism/Providential Deism (warm Deism).
Washingtonism is religious Americanism, i.e. 'religious patriotism', and broadly a form of modern Paganism.
The founder of Washingtonism believes
in reincarnation of all humans, in extraterrestrial intelligence, in scientific progress, in evolution, in religious freedom for all, and that we are free to believe in the creator or creators of the Universe or multiverse in whatever way we wish or is helpful for us or helps us grow spiritually. This creator or creators could be an A.I. or an extraterrestrial being. The founder of Washingtonism has an open-minded view of God and the divine and is a Science/physics student, but does not see a contradiction between being scientific and being spiritual, though while she believes in George Washington's divinity, she is somewhat agnostic about a Creator of the Universe but is open-minded about its existence, though she doesn't believe that "God" has qualities that are like the deities of the world religions. She broadly presents Washingtonism as Pagan and Deistic.
